在澳大利亚,四分之一的儿童和一半的成年人肥胖或超重。这种流行病的根源之一是父母缺乏健康的角色塑造。作为一个组织,基督教青年会希望在解决问题上发挥作用,同时提高人们对他们品牌理念的认识,并最终提高他们的医疗服务注册。因此,我们创造了这个品牌目标的一个体现:一种新型的运动器材,它利用孩子的体重作为锻炼的砝码,允许父母的锻炼来为孩子的玩耍提供动力。3台机器包括;Pec-A-Boo:作为婴儿保镖的机器飞行Row-Row-Row-Machine:为孩子的乘驾海豚提供动力的划船机。Pull-Upsy-Daisy:这是一个为孩子做跷跷板的拉升平台。YMCA Playnasium 在全州的公共公园内安装,它利用孩子的体重作为锻炼的砝码,允许父母的锻炼来为孩子的玩耍提供动力。每一件设备都是针对不同的年龄组和不同的肌肉群而设计的——但是所有的设备都能帮助父母们适应环境,和孩子们共度美好时光,并树立良好的行为榜样。
