案例简介:Describe the brief from the client We were asked to directly recruit 850 medical students worthy of a Defence Force University Scholarship. Creative Execution Getting the students to respond to real issues directly gave them an in-depth insight into the amazing day-to-day lives of the role they would fill: Medical Officer. Recruitment advertising is all about finding us the best, this campaign also narrowed down the candidates for us, and then recruited them on-the-spot for the scholarship. Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective. The app that let students respond to medical emergencies, then recruited them directly. We created Mobile Medic, an app that allowed students to x-ray, scan and diagnose a series of posters. Students graduated from patient to patient, using true-to-life diagnostic techniques, responding to different health emergencies. The fully augmented app immersed them in the role, letting them use CT scanning, Stethoscope, Angiogram, ECG, and Ultrasound, in real Defence Force scenarios. Students then entered their details to get their results. The students who performed the best were then called straightaway to be congratulated and offered their Defence University Scholarship. Describe the results in as much detail as possible. In a highly targeted campaign, over 9,400 medical students, from the top 6 Medical Universities in Australia, participated in the campaign and applied through the app. 850 were selected. We filled every position with only the best: putting our Defence Force, and the citizens they work alongside, in safer hands. Success. This new media application now lives as an education platform in Defence Force Universities around the country, creating better-prepared doctors for the future.
