Launching Nine Herbs Green Balm, an itch-relief product, faced challenges due to stringent Thai FDA regulations. To navigate these restrictions, we devised a creative solution by introducing a unique product that complied with the rules. Introducing the world's first Anti-Itchy-Anti-FDA Stick! We named it 'Mai Khan,' a quirky play on words in Thai, meaning both "Not Itchy" and "Anti Itchy Stick." The campaign featured relatable and humorous skits, such as the annoyance of a mosquito bite during a date or an unreachable itch during a job interview. These scenarios effectively highlighted the product's powerful anti-itching benefits while adhering to FDA guidelines. The innovative approach generated impressive results: 16% engagement rate 56.32% complete view rate Over 10M impressions
