Creative agency Northern Comfort has rolled out a creative and digital campaign to launch a new 279 rental apartment building development called Uncle Elephant and Castle, London. The creative campaign is led heavily by copywriting to express the details of the high specification homes created by Uncle.The witty copywriting reveals the great location of Uncle, how well serviced the building is, the incredible London views, the building’s design-led interiors and unique rooftop bar, especially targeting commuters waiting for trains at Elephant and Castle station.Northern Comfort used graphic architectural sketches that compare in stark contrast with traditional high gloss property developer campaigns. The graphic campaign reflects the art and design led interiors of the apartments at the Uncle building.
