案例简介：Here’s a #throwback to James N. Gamble and Mary McLeod Bethune, one of the most important Black educators and leaders of her generation. Mary was passionate about providing quality education to young Black girls and, in 1904, she would open the Daytona Education and Industrial Training School. James would be among the first to provide funding for her school, and this funding would enable the school to develop and prosper, eventually becoming Bethune-Cookman University. Mary would later co-found the @UNCF in 1944 where P&G would be among the first companies to come onboard with support. We were honored to accept the Keepers of the Flame Legacy Award in 2020, celebrating our 75-year partnership with @UNCF and continue to partner closely with the education nonprofit on several programs:🔬 P&G Brands, such as @Tampax, @OLAY, and our Multicultural Hair Portfolio of products, such as @mbib, @pantene Gold Series and @HeadAndShoulders Royal Oils Collection, continue to create a pipeline of innovators by offering STEM scholarships. 🦷 @Crest and @OralB's BRIDGES Scholarship Program supports aspiring dental professionals. 🎓 P&G’s HBCYOU supports students as they grow up and glow up through the college experience with brand products, $500 Book Awards and over 75 $2,500 scholarships.
