When Allyson’s former sponsor wouldn’t offer her maternity protection and she faced a pay cut of up to 70%, she wrote an opinion piece for the New York Times. When she found herself without a footwear sponsor for her final Olympic games, she created her own footwear brand, Saysh, that champions female athletes.
