Home schooling is difficult for many parents who, due to the wars in South Sudan, didn’t get the chance to go to school themselves. And "radio school" is available only for those who have electricity, thanks to solar panels, during the dry season. In August 2017 the one millionth refugee from South Sudan entered Uganda to escape war. Bidibidi is, with its more than 270,000 people, considered one of the world's largest refugee settlements.
