Federal Realty's shopping centers are a treasure trove of endless possibilities. From indulging in a fancy cocktail night out to savoring a delicious mocha paired with a delightful cookie, to finding the perfect cashmere sweater or comfy yoga pants - our shopping centers have it all. Our aim is simple yet extravagant: we have everything you want. To convey the luxurious feel of our campaign, we used vibrant colors, mirrors, and jewels to create a dazzling visual experience. We combined shiny and translucent objects with deep textures and intricate patterns that will take your breath away. To showcase the diversity of our offerings, we created custom photography for each season - spring, summer, fall, winter - and a bonus holiday flight. We complemented these images with layered typography and library imagery that perfectly captured the essence of each season. We wrote compelling copy for over 50 different stores, and made dozens of resizes per asset for ambient deployment on-premise. Our campaign is optimized on a monthly basis, resulting in increasing click-through-rates and decreasing cost-per-impressions. We're proud to say that season over season, CPMs have improved 10% on Instagram and 41% across Google platforms. As a result, the campaign has garnered over 65,000 conversions to date.
