The striking image, part of a collection of over 9 million Landsat photos of Earth seen from space, was created using near-infrared, red, and blue wavelengths in a false-color composite.Landsat monitoring satellites, in partnership with @USGS, are utilized to monitor and understand land resources that sustain human life on planet Earth.
