案例简介：Helsinki public transport was approaching 1 million passengers. Now, we had to convince the next million! We wanted to let the passengers themselves speak for the cause – to help them to show that they're proud of their choice and that we're proud of them. We hired Finland's most famous photographer to shoot ordinary passengers in a pop-up studio. We also recorded video interviews, covering difficult topics such as accessibility issues, racism and rising ticket prices. The final result was a huge exhibition on the walls of stations and stops and in a gallery – with every single person involved in it.
