案例简介:The Zuzeum Art Centre launched an art exhibition on a food delivery app. Structured as a restaurant menu it features works of art that the public will be able to see in real life after the restrictions are lifted. The Zuzeum Art Centre in Riga, an impressive 3000 m2 of space, and home to an extensive art collection, opened its doors in 2020. Unfortunately, due to nationwide covid–19 safety measures, it had to temporarily close in that same year. However, Zuzeum still found a way to preview its collection to a wide Latvian audience. During the pandemic, food delivery apps started to attract people’s attention and the amount of time spent in those apps can compete with major social networks. Wolt is a leading food delivery app. Customers can order food from the platform's restaurant partners and have it delivered by the platform's courier partners. Zuzeum partnered with Wolt and put a special “restaurant” on the app: Zuzeum Art Preview. Zuzeum created its own selection of Appetizers, Entrées, and Desserts. But these aren’t food dishes, instead they are works of art that the public will be able to see in real life after the restrictions are lifted. Future visitors can add favorite artists and artwork to their basket. To finalize the order, the “cutlery” is required — an open date ticket to Zuzeum that will be valid when the museum will be opened again. Wolt’s courier partners then deliver tickets and personalized guides for future visits. The guides contain personalized visitor selection and additional recommendations.
