Siegel+Gale conducted research which showed a disconnect between key customer drivers and employee focus.To address this Siegel+Gale developed a brand strategy around their ‘Refreshingly Reassuring’ approach to property management. This encapsulates Andrew’s ability to match people with property through reassuring advice and expert service.
