The biggest publisher in Lithuania, Alma Litter, decided to break the silence. The Book of Broken Silence was an immersive reading experience: reading the stories meant tearing the pages, literally ripping through the silence. The book created a national buzz and helped raise money for a self-help group helping people deal with suicide.
