The campus covers 25,000 square meters, including green areas with relaxation space for employees, sports facilities, bicycles for emission-free transport and e-charging stations for e-cars.🌲🚲In the course of the site development, Siemens Real Estate erected a smart new building, certified to #LEED Gold Standard, near the existing building from the 1960s. Both are linked with the latest technology, electrically and thermally and an intelligent microgrid manages to supply the two buildings with quite different consumption levels.
