Award-winning Chicago-based agency The Escape Pod, launched their Morning Starters “blow your mind with Smithfield® breakfast meats” campaign with a 30sec humorous spot. Part of the ‘For the Love of Meat’ overarching platform, this campaign is focused on supporting the Smithfield® breakfast portfolio. This 360 campaign drives awareness through digital OLV, social, partnerships, influencers, banners, web content and in-store messaging. Today, the Smithfield® brand stands for craftsmanship, authenticity, and pure passion as they continue to give meat-lovers across the country the deliciousness they crave: their bacon, sausage links, and Anytime Favorites Ham. “Carrying on from the ‘For Love of Meat’ campaign, the ‘Morning Starters’ strategy fuses shared values between Smithfield and the UML (unapologetic meat lovers), where they all get to celebrate and champion the unapologetic passion and love of meat,” said Michael Merritt, Senior Director of Marketing for Smithfield®. “We believe everything is better with the meats we love. It’s more than just food, it brings us all together where we can celebrate the real moments around the flavors we love.”
