    UK charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) has partnered with Jungle Creations’ fitness media brand Level Fitness to produce 'Level Headed', a four-part video series featuring inspiring individuals and CALM advocates, who have used fitness to manage their mental health after their lives were impacted by suicide.Through intimate interviews and firsthand accounts, Level Headed explores the ways these individuals have used fitness to help them cope during difficult periods in their lives. The series aims to encourage viewers to join CALM’s fitness communities, both online and in real life in support of its ongoing mission to build communities around sport. On average, 12 men take their own lives every day in the UK, and sporting communities play an integral role in progressing the conversation around men’s mental health by providing an opportunity for men to talk openly with peers.The series features interviews with Marcus Chapman, who set up ‘Nelson’s Tour de Test Valley’ cycling sportive in memory of his friend Nelson Pratt who died from suicide and Stefanie Stavri who started the ‘Run 4 Rene’ running club after her brother’s suicide.
