To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Shark Week, Discovery partnered with creative agency Berlin Cameron’s experiential arm, BCXP to show up in a big way.Shark Week has long been a celebrated summer trending topic, making online and social media a jaws-dropping treat for viewers. Discovery took over Central Plaza at the Santa Monica Pier to open the Discovery Channel Shark Park – transforming the space into a multi-day shark-inspired social media feeding frenzy. The installations, which represented different shark species, were all created from upcycled and recyclable materials that are often found washed ashore on beaches.
