The sunrise was obscured by thick clouds, but as the air warmed, the clouds began to break apart. The views came in waves; one minute I could see the distant peaks of Glacier’s mountains, and the next minute I’d be in the clouds. Here, Clements Mountain juts above the swirling clouds. The speed at which mountain weather moves has always captivated me. This scene will never unfold in this way again. Not only are paintbrush and other alpine wildflowers beautiful, but they are also important for pollinator species, including the bees and butterflies that help to keep these alpine meadows healthy. // Air Wick® is partnering with World Wildlife Fund to reseed one billion square feet of native wildflowers in the Northern Great Plains.
