This time was different. And it still was far from the bravest decision that INEA, internet and television service provider has made. – The problem with companies like INEA is that most people associate them with sockets in their wall and set-top boxes. It’s a challenge to create a good, emotional message based on wires – says Anna Szymczak of Minima Advertising People. That’s why Minima decided to focus the campaign on people – INEA employees who make sure your internet and television are up and running around the clock. This dedication is pictured best when a group of employees all embrace the Customer – because care and the highest standards of service are the most important goals of the changes set into motion by INEA in the GOOD INTERNET PEOPLE campaign. The decision follows several months of research, workshops, but most importantly conversations – with customers as well as INEA employees. It was meetings with the latter that affirmed their vital role in the Communication Strategy. This is confirmed by Krzysztof Fabianowski of Minima: - We were extremely lucky, because we found open-minded people who truly believed this is not ‘another commercial’, but a real change in the way the company functions, like introducing longer helpline hours or raising internet transfer rates for current customers. And we felt that they really want to take the huge first step with us. – The idea behind our actions is simple. We want our customers to know that with us, they are in good hands. To know that there’s always somebody at INEA, even when they’re reading these words, who’s making sure their internet, phone, and television are working perfectly in tune – Michał Bartkowiak, INEA Board Member, concludes.
