案例简介:Brief Explanation: At 3.5 million strong, Skittles’ Facebook fan base was one of the largest of any brands on the web. The problem was they were passionate about Skittles, but they weren’t engaging with the brand. We were tasked to activate this fan base by adding fans and increasing communication between fellow fans and the brand. The majority of our target was teens. Simply consuming brand content was not enough for them. So we created a Facebook campaign that crowdsources the millions of Skittles fans and inspires them to take action by causing some random fun in the digital and physical worlds.
