新西兰网络安全组织 Netsafe 为此研发了一款聊天机器人 Re:scam ,当有人收到诈骗邮件时,可直接转寄到 me@rescam.org 这个邮箱地址,之后 Re:scam 就会接手,代替你回复邮件,跟骗子进行无意义的沟通,浪费骗子的时间,不仅让他们没空去骗更多的人,也会让他们不敢再将钓鱼邮件发给你。正如 Re:scam 的网页介绍上所言:直接删除诈骗邮件可以保护自己,但如果转寄到 Re:scam 的话,就能保护其他人。为了与骗子沟通无碍,Netsafe 大大提升了 Re:scam 的智能,在它的系统中储备了各式各样的身份与个性:固执的老人、活波的青年、单纯的孩子……所有的回复都会根据设定的不同而有所改变,反过来骗取诈骗犯的回复;除此之外,根据具体的内容,Re:scam 会做出适当的回应,并说一点玩笑话,使双方的交流可以持续下去。根据统计,目前 Re:scam 已经发送超过 20000 封邮件给诈骗方,总共浪费了骗子 2 个月又 12 天的时间,长此以往,成绩将非常可观。
