On this occasion, the city will enter its "carnival" days, which, although not officially celebrated, may be presented as an opportunity for people to abuse alcohol and possibly increase cases of violence against women. CHALLENGE Remind women that there is a Women's Office in Barranquilla, which they can go to if they are experiencing a situation of violence, especially during carnivals. CONCEPT The myth around the festivities and alcohol is that it becomes an excuse for excesses, to go too far and to intimidate women to a greater extent.
