案例简介:Photo by @laurakmorton A visitor to San Francisco’s Ina Coolbrith Park takes in the view during the second week of the city’s shelter-in-place order, in response to the COVID-19 virus. The order, which was a joint effort among San Francisco and five other Bay Area counties, went into effect at 12:01 a.m. on March 17, the first widespread order of its kind in the United States. Residents were allowed to go outside to exercise and run essential errands, but otherwise were asked to stay in their homes. It succeeded in flattening the curve of the virus, but as restrictions were relaxed, cases began to increase. On July 17, San Francisco was placed on California's watch list of troubled counties because of a jump in COVID-19 hospitalizations.
