    案例简介:Synopsis Since the 2008 crisis, in Portugal, a lot of people have ended living on the streets. And with them, went all their dreams, belongings and even pets. To help these people, a lot of projects came up in addition to established charities, but to tend to their pets, there’s only one: Animalife. Since 2011, this non-profit organization has been feeding and offering vet services to the pets of homeless. Strategy Getting to people's hearts is not as hard as getting to their wallets. With this in mind, we came up with an unique and surprising story. But only that wasn't enough. Without paid media, we had to take a different strategy. Our short film was sent to the main Portuguese influencers so that they would share them on their Facebook pages. Pages connected to animal welfare also had access to a film preview so that they could share it with their followers. In some, the results were already evident: thousand of views, shares, and the most important, an increase in donations. Starting with a engaging content and an unique story, we end with a surprising twist. A campaign without paid media considerably raised the number of donations for this cause. Execution The idea was simple. Come up with a short film with a sensible story that would leave the Portuguese thinking. Without paid media, we had to take a different strategy. On the 29th of March, we held a preview of the short film with portuguese influencers. On the 30th of March, the film premiered on Animalife social media channels and it was distributed across other Facebook pages connected to animal welfare. On the 1st of April, our film had already made the news and was hitting the 500k views mark. After only a fortnight, donations had increased an astounding 4500%. In a country of 10 million people with typical low engagement, we got over 500k views, a number larger than the population of our 2nd and 3rd biggest cities combined. With just one short film we touched hearts and increased donations like never before.
