"I was so lucky to physically be there to witness (RED) funding at work and to be able to meet the people making it all possible. She is also expecting her first child and is taking all the necessary steps to ensure her baby is born HIV-free. -2. Ruth is a client of Dr. Ruth Panford. Her four children were born HIV-free by following Prevention of Mother To Child Transmission protocol.
