    案例简介:Idea The request for Delsey was to mix painted sets with characters created in classic, highly recognizable 3D animation. The technical challenge for Passion Paris was to pair these contrasting styles and maintain the spirit sought by the agency. We created the sets in 2D mat painting, painted into the camera’s view. The characters were created in 3D. We applied a very visible layer of 2D rendering on top of the 3D. For consistency purposes, the design of the characters had to be very stylized. The main difficulty was to preserve that fine line between the two techniques. The sets had to come alive and carry their own lighting without resorting to later additions. That painted lighting was then used as a base for the 3D lighting which we applied to the characters and volume elements, before adding atmospheric effects such as dust, haloes, flairs of light, achieved through compositing techniques. BriefExplanation As a fairytale, this animated film makes us discover Simon's story, young thirty-year-old overwhelmed by his work. The sudden disappearance of his father is going to lead him to Mexico under the track of a luggage and of its mysterious content. But when he arrived there, the luggage is gone... Therefore, thanks to the connected and geolocation-system of the luggage, the hero will follow it all around the world. By visiting the marvellous landscapes of Vietnam, Mauritania, Nepal and thanks to nice encounters, Simon will transform physically and psychologically. Travelling worldwide as well as through all emotions, the hero will do much more than discover the luggage: he will find himself.
