案例简介：Photo by @hannahreyesmorales | Today we celebrate the people who help our photographers behind the scenes. In Mongolia I worked with reporter and researcher Namuun Tsegmid for a magazine story on the tradition of lullabies around the world. She was instrumental in helping connect us with families and making them feel comfortable with our presence. We had an all-female team of local producers across different countries. Here, Namuun checks air pollution—in Mongolian winters, the burning of coal creates dangerous levels—waiting patiently in the cold as we scouted for places to photograph the night landscape. Namuun also helped us track down nomadic people who lacked phones and permanent addresses as well as descendants of lullaby composers who had passed away.
