Is Christmas really the most wonderful time of the year, asks Publicis Conseil in this deeply ironic ad for Orange.As Andy Williams belts out his seasonal classic, we see a series of Christmas fails unfold on-screen - from shoppers getting stuck in endless supermarket queues to electrocution by fairy lights. Even poor old Santa's got stuck in the chimney. But the angst is forgotten when everyone sits down to unwrap their gifts from Orange. After all, a new smartphone, speaker system or connected device is what Christmas is all about, isn't it? The spot was directed by Megaforce via Iconoclast Paris.
