案例简介：From groundbreaking product designs to innovative design leadership, to forward-thinking university design programs, we know the power of diversity— it accelerates our ability to innovate and create beyond our current boundaries. Sam Ross started working at P&G in 1970 and was the first African American to join the P&G Art Department, today’s Design team. Sam was credited with more than 20 design patents while at P&G.  Tysonn Betts, Design Vice President, has been an influential force at P&G for more than 20 years. He has helped launch some of our most iconic brands while serving as a tireless leader and advocate for the Cincinnati arts & design community.  Recently, the P&G Beauty team announced three new funds to support the growth of minority students in the field of design with the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning.
