案例简介:In 2014 Domino's Pizza set its most challenging digital revenue targets yet. As the takeaway market leader, it was hoping to achieve a staggering ROI of £165 for every £1 invested. Using our innovative 'value based, bottom-up' planning method developed at Arena Media, we took a fresh approach at budget setting. Rather than favouring channels that delivered the most direct sales, we looked to prioritise media placements that delivered the most value to the Domino's business in the form of consumer behaviour change. Arena Media deliberately optimised the Dominos's media mix to deliver a CPA INCREASE across all paid channels, while simultaneously generating record breaking sales growth.
